Evidencing KPIs (key performance indicators) is a key part of our service, which is why we've invested in our own quality monitoring, reporting, employee management and scheduling app.
We create bespoke ‘forms’ within the app each and every development, with all your KPIs, health and safety requirements, safeguarding protocols, and maintenance requests in place for each one.
All our staff are equipped with smart devices with the app preloaded, and our people also have access to their own app on their personal phones. This means we can set personalised reminders and notifications for each site and employee.
This means you get time – and geostamped – evidence of KPI (key performance indicators) compliance after every visit at the click of a button.

seamless scheduling
The multifunctionality of the app also means we can schedule works in the most efficient way. Both our clients and staff can access their schedules via the app or portal, making arranging site access seamless.
The app also automatically notifies our operatives every time they start a shift and every time they reach a new site, with the notification recurring until the required bespoke form for that specific development is completed and submitted.

We know we're your eyes and ears on the ground, which is why we adapt our forms for each and every development.
Starting with a ‘baseline’ form including requests for evidence of health and safety compliance, before and after photos for quality compliance, and records of any repair and maintenance issues, we then adapt each form to include anything from safeguarding concerns to weather reports and photographs to monitor specific KPIs (key performance indicators) such as grass length.

Our Quality Managers use the app to record their audits, sending out push notifications to employees where any trends are identified.

Our development management plans and health and safety documentation is also uploaded to the app, so all the information our operatives need is available at the push of a button.
Active response and resolution
Once forms are completed, our Key Account Manager will be automatically notified if our staff click ‘yes’ to any key questions so we can either immediately resolve the issue or contact you.
